Nigeria Flamingos scored four away with no reply from New Zealand in their second Group B match on Friday, Nigeria’s Flamingos resumed their pursuit of the 2022 FIFA U-17 women’s World Cup. 

The Flamingos entered the match having suffered a 2-1 defeat to Germany in their opening group match. 

The Flamingos achieved their well-deserved victory thanks to goals from Amina Bello, Miracle Usani, Taiwo Afolabi, and Etim Edidiong in the first and second halves, respectively. 

On the sixteenth minute, Bello, who was assisting Tumininu Adeshina, headed in a cross for the Nigerian team to take a well-deserved lead.

Usani doubled the advantage in the 34th minute, and with 15 minutes left, Afolabi added a third. 

Edidiong scored the final goal to seal the win in the 90th minute.
